J'adore Coq au Vin!

 My Coq au Vin

Cutting the onions are the first step in this series... they asked for small onions, but I improvised with larger ones!


Sauteing

Raw chicken cooking until brown.

You know, just chillin' in the pot.

 Simmering

 Do I smell turkey bacon?

 Bon Appetite!
