-Healty Fruits-

Although blueberries sometimes happen to appear one of the more bitter fruits, they are rich in antioxidants. They also contain helpful compounds.

 These vibrant and fuzzy fruits contain almost twice as much vitamin C as oranges! They also lower the risk of cataracs and protect from DNA damage.

You can gain resveratrol in only a cup of dark-coloured grapes than in a  five ounce glass of Merlot.

Strawberries are basically essential to any diet. They help control type 2 diabetes and stave off heart disease. They are also great in vitamin C and antioxidants.

The papaya papain, something that helps to improve digestion. Also includes vitamin C and folate.


 Carambola, more popularly known as Star fruit, comes from Philippines, Indonesia, Malyasia and other countries.
Carambola is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C and low in sugar, sodium, and acid. It is also a potent source of both primary and secondary polyphenolic antioxidants.

                         This here is Dragon Fruit, it has calcium, lipids, iron and phosphorus.

Rambutan, commonly referred to as the "Tico Berry" on season three of Ugly Betty, this fruit is tangy and sweet at the same time!
